Jasmin just too good

Jasmin Guthrie ran a very fast time to win her 400m and help UTS Norths to the gold medal in the under 18 girls Club Championships at SOPAC on Saturday.

And Ashley McMahon won the long jump, was second in the 100m and led his team to victory in the 4x100m relay to help UTS Norths to the gold medal in the Masters Men’s Club Championship.

Joey Dennis helped his team to the silver medal in the under 18 years boys Club Championship with a fast finishing run into second place in the anchor leg of the 4x100m. He was also second in his heat of the 100m.

Monique Perry helped her team to the silver medal in the Masters Women’s Club Championship with victory in the 100m and second place in the 4x100m.

Jessie Wong ran the lead leg in the UTS Norths team which came second in the under 18 years girls 4x100m relay while Jess Maciver and Bella Guthrie were members of the third placed 4x100m team. Jess also was third in her heat of the under 18 years girls 100m.

Janet Naylon was third in the Masters women’s long jump and Nicolette Donofrio was second in her heat of the open women’s 100m.
