Ashley doubles up in the record book

Bella Guthrie . . . 400m hurdles PB

Ashley McMahon broke both the 100m and 200m UTS Norths Club records in the men’s 45+ years age group at the first All Comers meeting of the season at Blacktown on Saturday.

Several Ron Bendall squad athletes also ran personal best times at the meeting.

Joey Dennis ran a huge PB in winning his heat of the open men’s 200m. He also ran a PB in the 100m.

Bella Guthrie ran in PB in finishing second in the open women’s 400m hurdles with squad mate Susie Douglas third in the same event. Bella’s twin sister Jasmin Guthrie ran a PB in the open women’s 100m.

Matthew Hunt ran a PB in finishing second in the men’s 200m hurdles as did his older brother James Hunt when he finished second in his heat of the open men’s 200m..

Jessica Maciver won her heat of the open women’s 100m while Nicolette Donofrio was second in hers.
